Streamlined Checkout™ Knowledge Base
In
Store Pickup
Streamlined Checkout™ can be configured to
show In Store Pickup as a shipping option,
with $0.00 or Free Shipping.
In Store Pickup as a shipping
option can be configured by adding the
Custom Shipping methods option to
Streamlined Checkout™
Setup of In Store Pickup

To install the Custom Shipping
Methods option, first run the Shipping
Methods script provided
with Streamlined Checkout™ installation files
■
Next add the Custom_Shipping="true"
parameter to the SC tag on the shipping.aspx
page
■
Open the Streamlined Checkout administration
page and add In Store Pickup as a custom
shipping option, with Type Flat Rate per order and Rate
= 0, Incremental Rate = 0.
■
If $0 is added as the base rate, 'Free' will
be displayed on the shipping page.
This wording can
be controlled by adding Free_Shipping_Label="No Charge"
(or some other appropriate wording)
to the SC tag on the shipping.aspx page.
■
The Sort_By_Price="false" option can be used
to control the sort order.
■
Geo constraints can be applied to show In
Store Pickup option to local shoppers only.
